Daywalking – nightpartying, a set on Flickr.

Me and Emma went for a ordinary “in to town walk” on saturday. We meet up Arthur who was in town and hanged with him the whole afternoon ending up at Anouk place, getting fried rombanans with icecream a la Arthur! The evening was spent outside Skopje at our new friend Borjans summerhouse :)

the missing of dance and the amazing macedonian doctors

Okay, that does not really sound like the most normal combination, but feelings aren´t always so clear in their matching.
Im surfing around looking at nice dance clips on Youtube to be inspired from and realizing that it hurts when the fact is that Im not dancing at the moment…
At the same time Im checking out new possible hairstyles, because on friday it´s finally haircutting time. Away will this head hat that feels like a wool cap go. Im looking forward a lot although with a bit of fear for misunderstanding, though the haircutter is not english spoken I think… Time will tell.

Yes and then it was this thing about the amazing macedonian doctors. In between the end of 2008 and beginning of 2009 I had a lot of recurring problems with my throat, I got sick again and again, it was swollen, I was in pain and I could not swallow. Each time I went to the doctor I didn’t get much of a help, they just told me that it was only a virus and thats why they could not give me any penicillin or antibiotic. So I was forced to suffer the pain trough each time.

Now in Macedonia thees issues seems to have come back again, I have had some times now with a bit of throat pain but it has not been to worse yet, UNTIL this last sunday. I woke up with a big pain in my whole body, it felt like someone punched me everywhere, I realized I had a high fever and to top it all my throat was totally swollen and hurting like hell.
So yesterday I did the only risible thing i could do, I went to the doctor. And he took one look in my throat and said, “oh it´s red like a apple” and direct started typing out antibiotic. Also he took my fever witch showed 38,7. So he also put down a list on other different medication that would put down my pain.

This is the total opposite of what a Swedish doctor would do, for a Swedish doctor you should ideally wait a week before you even visit them to get any kind of help, and before they can admit to any kind of illness they have to take tests that demonstrate what it really is. Sure it sounds safe and everything but Im not talking about life threten ilnesses it´s ordinary throat issues that just needs some medical help to heel.

Emma was advising me not to go so early to the doctor but i knew things would turn out better then if I went to a Swedish one, and I was right.

Thanks for effective medical health care Macedonia, thank you for caring about the human being not the money, THANK YOU!

And then there was this dance obsession:
